In Tune Yoga Flow

Join us for this invigorating, themed, weekly Tuesday evening class at 6:30 PM, where we practice being in healthy relationship with our bodies. Expert teacher Aqila Norris of Soulwork incorporates soulful sounds and elements of dance into her classes, and introduces intentional sequencing and alignment tools to help you tune up your yoga practice.


Mats and props are provided.

Fridays: Slow Flow Yoga - Yin, Vinyasa & Restorative Poses

Join us for this weekly fun, transformative, and liberating yoga practice to conclude your Friday evening, with Aqila Norris of Soulwork and her signature Freedom Flow Yoga class.

This unique class combines elements of Yin Vinyasa and Restorative poses to create an experience that will help you release tension, increase flexibility, and create ease in your body.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, Aqila will help you transition into the weekend with this soul-nourishing practice that will help you live well and embody ease.
