The Cafe
The front, our cafe space, is perfect for serving drinks and food.
The Studio
The back, or studio space, is an art gallery and flexible space that can be used for a variety of activities including art shows, DJ sets, concerts, film/photo shoots, yoga classes, performances, dance parties, and so much more.
The Back Yard
The back of the space is a large sliding glass door, which can be fully opened to the small backyard, featuring a LED art installation and light-up furniture.
The cafe includes an industrial ice machine, refrigerator, 3-min industrial dishwasher, sink, and hot plate, and includes bench seating, chairs, dish ware, silverware, and glasses.
The space includes a best-in-class customizable LED lighting system, a sprung dance floor, yoga props, hang points for 4 yoga hammocks, a bumping sound system, mirror ball, and a video projector and screen. The space also includes access to 50 chairs, 3 large folding tables, and a DJ booth.
The back yard includes a fire pit, several lounge chairs, an inflatable couch and chair, and access to the shed, an air conditioned chill out room that will be further transformed into an art lounge space.

Is Delight Factory for you?
*Delight Factory is an art and design space that holds original art, so if you're planning a party with heavy alcohol consumption, Delight Factory is not for you.
We will have a member of our team be on-site as a full-service concierge for $20/hr, to meet any needs throughout the event (sound, light, climate, keeping the bar area attractive, basic bartending if desired, clean-up, etc.).
We also are a low-waste facility and provide re-usable drinkware, platters, and utensils at no additional cost throughout the night, if you so choose.
Cleaning fee is $100-150, depending on circumstances, e.g. whether it’s a shoes-on or -off event. Set up and take down count as rental time.
