COVID Safety Considerations 

As COVID mandates shift, we aim to balance safety of our guests and staff with individual responsibility.

While vaccines protect us tremendously, they don’t eliminate the risk of infection. Please consider carefully the risks you take by attending our events. We recommend wearing masks.

We have cross air, hepa filter, and sanitizers.

If you're having symptoms, please stay home. We encourage masks. Thank you!

Code of Conduct

Whether in person or online, Delight Factory is committed to creating an environment where everyone feels welcome.

We have a zero tolerance policy for harassment, disrespectful behavior, unwanted touch, and discrimination at our events. Always ASK before touching anyone and get consent. If someone is making you uncomfortable or harassing you at our venue, please come talk to us. We will believe you, and we will do what we can to help. 

Accessibility

The entrance to our space has a step and we don’t have a ramp yet. Our bathroom is ADA-accessible and may be used by people of all genders.

Powerful sound systems may be used during performances and parties. 

The LED neon sign in our bar area occasionally flickers and may affect visitors with photosensitive epilepsy or other photosensitivites.

Media Release

By attending Delight Factory, I authorize Delight Factory to record my name, likeness, image, voice, sound effects, interview and performance, edit such recording, and incorporate into any versions of a film, and related materials thereof, including, but not limited to, promotional materials. If you wish to be excluded from any such recordings, please let us know before the event and we will honor your request.
